Return and Exchange Policy – SHAHPOSH OFFICIAL

At SHAHPOSH OFFICIAL, we aim to ensure that you’re always happy with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.


Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available within 3 days of order delivery.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Video recording of the parcel at the time of opening is mandatory for claim verification.


Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your item for a different size or design within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, courier the item back to our provided address.

  3. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:

  • The product was damaged or defective at delivery, or

  • You received the wrong item

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.


Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.

  • Seasonal products can only be exchanged within the same season.

  • Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
